About the Designer

Iwona Kochanowska was born in Poland, where as a young girl she would admire her mother’s creativity and ability to make clothing for her and her sister.  These early memories as a child gave birth to a fierce love of fashion and imagination.

Iwona decided to follow her passion by enrolling in The Academy of Fine Art & Fashion Design in Poland, where she completed a Bachelor and Masters in Fashion Design. While in college, Iwona designed her first collection. The creativity and freedom that she felt further solidified her desire to be in the Fashion Industry.

In 2010, Iwona relocated to the United States, where she began working in retail. She continued to design and make clothing for friends, their kids, and referrals, waiting for her time to venture off on her own. During this time, Iwona fell in love with designing for young girls and decided to focus all of her time and energy in making gowns for them.
